If You'd Like To Have a Spot Awaiting You Upon Arrival: - Only yogis who have purchased a prepaid card (or who will purchase a prepaid card at their first class) can reserve a place (5 class card/$50) - Reservations may not be made more than 7 days out. - Reservations must be made via text to 440-670-1742 (Please, no phone or email. Thanks!). All reservations will be honored on a "first come, first serve basis". If the class is full when you inquire we will let you know via return text. - THE FIRST 12 REQUESTS FILL A CLASS! ***IMPORTANT*** - For those yogis who request a reservation, if you don't attend that reserved class, please understand that you're giving us permission to mark the next box on your card with "RRNS" (Reservation Requested/No Show) . A RRNS will affect your card the same as if you had attended class. To be fair to all yogis, us and Barb, this business practice needs to be adhered to. ***By reserving a space in advance, we must be led to believe that you're well aware of the consequence mentioned above. (We know you understand the need for this policy and we hope you still like us if this happens to you. :-)

Namaste to Everyone! I have
been practicing yoga for a little over 3 ˝ years and received my teaching
certificate from Awaken Yoga; a Registered Yoga School. I have 2 lovely
daughters in college and a wonderful husband.
Currently, I teach out of my home where I have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I am very excited to be joining up with the Palmieris to reach out and share the extraordinary journey of yoga with everyone! |

Class Description
Vinyasa Flow for All Levels. A Mindful flow of sun salutations and core strengthening
while expanding flexibility, endurance and balance.
This warm flow will help you learn how to create connection with the breath
as you move gracefully through the asanas (poses)
as well as bringing calmness to the mind.

We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes early to unwind, de-stress, stretch, talk, complete paperwork, etc.
And since we don't know how many people will attend from class to class we'll operate on a "first come, first serve" basis unless you've reserved a spot.
The door will be locked exactly at 10am and 6:30pm to respect everybody's schedule and so distractions can be kept to a minimum. (If the window panes in the front door are (whited-out), that's the sign that the doors have been locked and class has started.)
WE STRONGLY SUGGEST BRINGING YOUR YOGA MAT, A TOWEL AND A BLOCK (for aiding in flexibility...Dick's Sporting Good & 5 Below are good sources for everything)!
